The Philadelphia Eagles are looking to stay perfect.
Philadelphia heads to Soldier Field tonight for a Monday Night Football matchup against the Chicago Bears, with the Eagles entering Week 3 at 2–0 and Chicago sitting at 1–1. Kickoff is set for 8:15 PM ET.
But Chicago will have to try to pull off the upset without its starting quarterback.
Caleb Williams has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, and the Bears are expected to turn to 38-year-old veteran Case Keenum. Tyson Bagent has cleared concussion protocol, but after missing most of the week’s preparation, Chicago is expected to give Keenum the start.
It will be Keenum’s first regular-season action since making two starts for Houston in 2023 — and he’ll be thrown directly into a prime-time matchup against an undefeated Eagles team.
Philadelphia opened its season with a 24–22 win over Washington before beating Tennessee 24–20 in Week 2. A win in Chicago would move the Eagles to 3–0 and keep their perfect start alive.
There was also some concern surrounding Saquon Barkley after he suffered a stinger last week, but the Eagles running back said he expects to play Monday night.
Eagles Favoured on the Road
The betting market has Philadelphia entering Monday night as the favourite.
As of Monday afternoon, DraftKings Sportsbook lists the Eagles as 3.5-point road favourites, with Philadelphia at -198 on the moneyline and Chicago at +164. The over/under is currently set at 41.5 points.

The line has shifted significantly as Chicago’s quarterback situation developed. The Bears originally opened as 1.5-point favourites, but the market has since moved toward Philadelphia, which now sits as a 3.5-point favourite. The total has also fallen from an opening 46.5 to 41.5.
Chicago now gets an opportunity to hand Philadelphia its first loss of the season in front of a national audience.
For the Bears, the challenge is clear: find a way to generate enough offense with Keenum under center while slowing down Jalen Hurts, Barkley and an Eagles team that has found a way to win its first two games.
For Philadelphia, it’s a chance to make it three straight.
For Chicago, it’s an opportunity to overcome a difficult quarterback situation and deliver an early-season statement at Soldier Field.
